Terms & Conditions
Every product in our catalogue is guaranteed -- if you have problems with your order because of an error on our part (of any kind), then we assume responsibility and apply credit towards your next order or transfer the agreed credit amount to your account.
We do not credit against related shipping or freight charges.
Products obtained through our services rather than directly from the catalogue cannot be guaranteed in full but we do guarantee our service. That means if there's a problem with your order, we'll assume responsibility and refund our commission. Please see our services pages for more details (link opens in a new window).
UK customers have the option for returning goods to our Uxbridge location.
Please note:
Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling.
All prices are quoted Ex-Works, Bali, Indonesia. That means prices are for products only and do not include charges for miscellaneous related cargo expenses, for example, trucking, documentation, fumigation, packing, quota visas, etc. -- these charges are added to your final invoice. We'll estimate and quote you on these fees before confirming your order and starting production.
Our minimum order is £200.
An order of £200 would usually be an Air Cargo, Courier or LCL Sea Cargo shipment but UK customers have the option of shipping with one of our regular containers at a very reasonable cost per cubic metre -- that means you can ship as cost-effectively as a full container buyer. If you already have your own Indonesia-based freight agent or forwarder, we'll be happy to organise delivery of your products to them or have your products picked up from our warehouse.
Orders begin with a 50% deposit.
The balance is due once the order has arrived in the UK.
Once an order has begun, it cannot be cancelled as every item is custom made for you.

We do not process Letters of Credit.
All of our catalogue items are custom made from scratch. Production time varies greatly depending on the products and complexity of the order.
Allow at least two weeks production time for small, simple items and up to 8 weeks for furniture or large, complex items. We will be happy to advise you more specifically after we see your order.
