All of our products are handmade — as such, pictures from the catalogue may vary slightly from the actual products you receive. Variations may include size, color or style.

We accept PayPal and most major credit cards through PayPal.

Please do not send us your credit card information directly.

We check every item before despatch but should you find your order faulty or damaged in anyway on receipt then we will replace or exchange them or refund your purchase.

Please inform us of any fault by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Please make sure that you return the goods by either Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery at your own expense (we accept no responsibility for goods that are not returned this way).

Please include your full name and address along with the original order number.

All deliveries are by Royal Mail and or ParcelForce.

If you wish us to ship through a different method, please advise us before confirming your order and we’ll organise an alternative invoice for you.

There are no additional handling / packing fees beyond stated in the invoices online.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of funds.

We do not guarantee arrival dates but most orders arrive within 2 or 3 days from dispatch.

We are not responsible for any delays due to issues at the Royal Mail.

Generally, if no-one is available when courier arrives your order will be taken back to their sorting office, you will be left a card with instructions on how get your order redelivered. Our couriers will hold your parcel for a number of days (as stated on redelivery card) if after those days your parcel will be returned to us and you will be charged a redelivery charge of the original postage amount plus £2 handling.

If your order goes missing, we’re not able to follow up with the Royal Mail office until 21 working days after dispatch. This is Royal Mail policy.

In the event your order is lost, we cannot refund until after 21 working days. This is Royal Mail policy.

In the event of returns, we do not refund postage /delivery charges.
