We’re a wholesale-only exporter of homewares, gifts and furniture from Indonesia.
Established in Bali in 1995, we have devloped an extensive online catalogue of over 13,000 products across nearly 300 distinct product categories.
We’ve recently created an office here in the UK to offer the following services to our UK clients:
- Low Minimum Order — Only £200.00.
- Low MOQ (minimum order quantity per model/style/motif) — If you only need 1 or 2 pieces of a particular item, we can do that.
- Product Development — we have developed many products for clients around the world in wood, aluminium, iron, stone and glass. From relatively simple customisations of existing products to full-blown creation of products from scratch. We can work with you on an initial sample, send you photographs of the finished piece for review and, when you’re happy with the photo, send you the physical sample for a hands on evaluation.
- Product Sourcing — we have an experieced team on the ground: 25 personnel in Bali, 5 more in Solo (Java). If you’re looking for a particular product or range that’s made in Indonesia, there’s a good chance we can help you.
- Custom Packaging & Labelling — from eco friendly shop bags to custom labels and boxes. We can even help you organise photography and cost-effective catalogue printing.
- Drop Shipping to your Clients here in the UK (mainland only) — if you wish, we can store your products here upon arrival in the UK and deliver directly to your clients under your brand.
- Returns — if you’ve done business with companies in Indonesia before, you’ll already know that if there’s a problem with your goods, there’s simply no way to return them as the cost of shipping is too great. We, however, will accept your returned products here in the UK and either provide replacements or return your money.
- Payment Upon Delivery — typically, if you’re dealing with a company in Indonesia, you’ll pay a deposit to start production and the balance just prior to shipping. This can be a nerve-wracking way of doing business with any foreign country but perhaps even more so with Indonesia where you’ll have little or no recourse to law if anything should go wrong. In this case, your order will be processing through our Middlesex branch — a registered limited company in the UK. Not only will you have full recourse to law via our legal system but we can process your order on deposit and pick up the balance when we deliver items.
- Container Sharing– we’re scheduling 4 containers a year out of Bali. That means, if you’re buying large, bulky products such as furniture, stoneware, pottery, mirrors and so on — you’ll have a safe, cost-effective way of shipping. You won’t be tied into air, courier & LCL. It also means that if you’re already importing your own containers, you can schedule samples and inventory top ups at different points of the year without being tied into shipping a full container.
- Quality Control on Bali– we have a fully experienced quality control team on Bali who can perform inspections and audits on your other suppliers.
- Sourcing Trips on Bali– if you’re planning a buying trip or even a holiday in Bali, you can drop in and see us and spend some time with us in the car visiting the real manufacturers of products and seeing the opportunities first-hand.
