Our Guarantee

Every product in our catalogue is guaranteed -- if you have problems with your order because of an error on our part (of any kind), then we assume responsibility and apply credit towards your next order or transfer the agreed credit amount to your account.

Please note that product colours, sizes and certain details may differ slightly (only slightly) from the catalogue pictures -- everything you see here is made by hand -- this is not factory, mass-produced, machine made stuff.

We do not credit against related shipping or freight charges.

Products obtained through our services rather than directly from the catalogue cannot be guaranteed in full but we do guarantee our service. That means if there's a problem with your order, we'll assume responsibility and refund our commission. Please see our services pages for more details (link opens in a new window).

Returns -- UK Customers Only

UK customers have the option for returning goods to our Uxbridge location.

Please note:

* We will only accept goods for return within two weeks of receipt.

* We cannot pay postage or delivery charges related to returns.

Prices

Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling, US Dollars and Euro Dollars -- please select your currency from the drop down menu in the left margin of every page.

Prices on the stock presentation include the product and the packing material in standard shipping cartons.

Prices do not include shipping or any freight-related charges.

Once you make your order, we will estimate the total volume or weight and then get back to you quickly with an estimate on shipping charges.

Minimum Order & Shipping

As we have an office in the UK and ship here regularly, we're able to offer UK customers a very, very low minimum order: £200.

For customers in other locations, outside of the UK, the minimum order for wholesale is US$2,000 (or the equivalent in your currency).

All of that said, for our existing wholesale customers, there is no minimum on these stock orders -- if you want just one piece, please go ahead.

If you already have your own Indonesia-based freight agent or forwarder, we'll be happy to organise delivery of your products to them or have your products picked up from our warehouse.

Payment

We do not process Letters of Credit.

 Payment on stock orders will be through Indonesia Export Ltd.'s UK bank or PayPal account.

Payment can be made by:

* Cheque to our Account (note production will not begin until the cheque clears)

Lead Time

All of our stock items are finished, quality controlled, packed up and ready to ship.
